ALICE Reports: ALICE stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. 

Prepared by the United Way, this reports shows the number of households that earn more than the U.S. poverty level, but less than the basic cost of living for their county.

    = 40% or 4,737 Households are unable to support basic needs
