Addressing the Greatest Needs of Our Community

Created to Positively Impact and Give Back to the Community.

A Family Foundation focused on addressing the greatest needs of our community.

PFHF was incepted in 2012 and since then, we have made many great contributions to our surrounding community. We believe in teaching a man how to fish, rather than just giving a fish. We strive to not only write checks, but to be faces and a helping hand in our community.

We look for ways to help the community foster and grow. Inspired by Dr. Ruby Payne's book, Bridges out of Poverty, we truly try to understand who we are serving and how best to serve them. While striving to make differences in our community, we keep the idea of "Bridging out of Poverty" in the fore front of what we do. We don't focus so much on creating more programs, but looking at what programs we have and how to better organize and support them to be most effective and successful.

We Bridge the Gap by creating a path of poverty to self-sufficiency, to build a stronger community. This path is as follows:

We've accomplished many things over the past few years that we are very proud of.
